At Trifoil Trailblazer, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications ("Apps"): Water Tracker, Sober Tracker, WinGym, Cadenza, Baseline, and Math Zen.

2. Information We Collect

Our apps are designed with privacy as a priority. We collect minimal data:

  • Water Tracker: Water Tracker: Water consumption records, daily goals, and streak information. All data is stored locally on your device.
  • Sober Tracker: Sober Tracker: Sobriety start date and milestone information. All data is stored locally on your device.
  • WinGym: WinGym: Exercise records, workout plans, and progress tracking information. All data is stored locally on your device with optional export/import functionality.
  • Math Zen: Math Zen: Your practice progress, statistics, and settings, stored locally on your device. Math Zen also offers optional account sign-in; if you choose to sign in, your email address, display name, and practice progress are synced to our backend so your data is available across your devices.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve our Apps' functionality:

  • To enable core app features like tracking and progress visualization
  • To store your preferences and settings
  • To provide personalized experiences based on your usage patterns

4. Data Storage and Security

We prioritize your data security. For most of our apps, all user data is stored locally on your device, not on our servers. Some apps, such as Math Zen, offer optional account sign-in and cloud sync: if you sign in, your email address, display name, and synced progress are stored with our backend provider (Supabase) so your data is available across your devices. Signing in is optional, and if you don't sign in your data stays on your device. For data that is kept on your device:

  • We don't have access to your personal data
  • Your data remains private even if our company experiences a data breach
  • You maintain complete control over your data

5. Third-Party Services

Our Apps do not include third-party advertising networks. For apps with paid features, we use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and subscriptions.

RevenueCat (revenuecat.com): Processes and manages in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat receives an anonymous device identifier and your purchase history to verify your subscription status and enable premium features. No personally identifiable information — such as your name, email, or payment details — is shared with RevenueCat. RevenueCat acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). For EU/EEA users, data transfers to RevenueCat are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Supabase (supabase.com): For apps that offer optional account sign-in and cloud sync (such as Math Zen), we use Supabase for authentication and to store your synced data — your email address, display name, and app progress. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This data is used only to sync your progress across your devices; it is never sold or shared for advertising. You can request deletion of your account and synced data at any time by contacting us.

Some of our apps may use TelemetryDeck or PostHog for anonymous usage analytics. TelemetryDeck is a privacy-focused analytics service that does not collect personally identifiable information. Additionally, some apps may use Firebase Analytics, but only with your explicit consent. Where analytics is used it is optional and anonymous: it relies on no advertising identifiers, does not store your IP-based location, and you can opt in or out at any time in the app's settings.

6. Data Retention

Since data is stored locally on your device, you control data retention. Your data remains on your device until you:

  • Delete the app
  • Clear app data through your device settings
  • Use in-app options to reset or delete your data

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Export your data (available in WinGym)
  • Delete your data at any time
  • Use our Apps without creating an account or providing personal information

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
