Refund Policy

1. App Store Purchases

Trifoil Trailblazer apps are distributed through official app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). When you purchase our apps, the transaction is processed by the respective app store, not directly by us. Therefore, refund requests for app purchases must be submitted through the app store where you made the purchase.

1.1 Apple App Store Refunds

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. You can request a refund by:

  • Visiting reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Signing in with your Apple ID
  • Selecting the app purchase you wish to request a refund for
  • Following Apple's refund process

1.2 Google Play Store Refunds

For purchases made through the Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Google. You can request a refund by:

  • Opening the Google Play Store app
  • Navigating to Account → Purchase history
  • Finding the app purchase and selecting "Request a refund"
  • Following Google's refund process

Google Play typically allows automatic refunds within 2 hours of purchase. After that period, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. In-App Purchases

Refunds for in-app purchases also follow the respective app store's refund policies and procedures. These must be requested through the app store where the purchase was made, following the same process as app purchases described above.

3. Subscription Cancellations

For any subscription-based services within our apps:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
  • Cancellation will stop automatic renewal for the next billing period
  • You will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your current billing period
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period

4. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you've experienced a significant technical issue that has prevented you from using our app as intended and the standard refund process through the app store was unsuccessful, please contact us directly:

  • Provide details of your purchase (date, app name, transaction ID if available)
  • Describe the technical issue in detail
  • Include information about your device model and operating system version
  • Explain any troubleshooting steps you've already taken

While we cannot process refunds directly for app store purchases, we will do our best to help resolve technical issues or provide guidance for special circumstances.
