Data Deletion Request
Trifoil Trailblazer
You can request deletion of any data we or our service providers hold related to your use of our apps: Freedom From Smoke, Sober Tracker, Water Tracker, Supplements Tracker, Anxiety Pulse, Tea Timer, and others published by Trifoil Trailblazer.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to contacts@trifoiltrailblazer.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- In the body, include the name of the app you used and, if possible, the approximate date of your last purchase or subscription.
- We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
What Data Is Deleted
- Your anonymous subscriber record and purchase history stored with RevenueCat (our payment processor).
- Any support correspondence associated with your request.
Data Retention
- All personal data held by RevenueCat will be deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request.
- App usage data (streak counts, journal entries, etc.) is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app or using the app's built-in reset option.
- We may retain anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate statistics (e.g. total subscription counts) that cannot be linked back to you.
