Cold Shower Timer

See your heart settle.

Cold arrives as a spike in your heart rate. Your watch shows it live and marks the moment it calms down and holds steady: Settled. Your phone keeps the curve, so every cold shower, ice bath or plunge comes down to one clear number.

Features

  1. 01

    Made for wet hands

Big presets on the watch: 1, 2 or 3 minutes, or Next, which adds 15 seconds to your last session. Live heart rate and your peak while you are in the cold. No phone needed.

  2. 02

    The Settled moment

When your heart rate has come down from its peak and holds there, the watch marks it with its own haptic. Optional breathing haptics, in 4 and out 6, and a tick every 30 seconds.

  3. 03

    The curve on your phone

Today shows the heart rate curve of your last session with the Settled marker, plus your week: sessions, cold minutes, streak. A phone timer covers days without the watch, contrast showers included.

How It Works

03
  1. 01

    Pick a preset

Choose a duration on your watch and step into the cold. A short countdown, then the session runs.

  2. 02

    Wait for Settled

Your heart rate shows live under the time. The watch tells you when it has settled, and you finish the round.

  3. 03

    Look back week by week

Each session lands on your phone as a curve. With Pro, Adaptation shows your time to Settled week by week, with patterns like mornings versus evenings.

Private by design

Your heart rate stays with you.

  • No account, no login, no cloud. Sessions and heart rate stay on your phone and watch.
  • Usage analytics are off unless you turn them on.
  • Free: the timer, live heart rate, the Settled moment and your last 7 days. Pro is a one-time purchase that adds Adaptation, full history with water temperature and custom protocols, plus a complication on Apple Watch.
  • A timer and a log, not medical advice. If you have a heart condition, ask your doctor before cold exposure.

Take your next cold shower with a number

One preset, one curve, one Settled moment.
