Headache & Migraine Journal
Log it in three taps. Show your doctor.
When an attack starts, the last thing you want is a form. Open the app, set the intensity, save: everything else can wait until you feel better. Over weeks it becomes a record you can hand to your doctor. A journal, not a medical device.

Features
03- 01
Three taps, lights low
Dark, low-glare screens and large one-handed controls. An attack with a time and an intensity is a complete record; where it hurts, symptoms, triggers and medication can be added later.
- 02
A report for your doctor
A PDF of the last 90 days: headache days per month, attack count, average and worst intensity, how long attacks lasted, medication days by class and the triggers you logged most often.
- 03
Good days count too
A daily check-in records headache-free days, and day factors like poor sleep, stress or a skipped meal are logged whether or not a headache follows. That is what makes the comparisons worth reading.
How It Works
03- 01
Log the attack
Intensity from 1 to 10 and a start time. End it when it is over and the duration is worked out for you.
- 02
Answer once a day
One tap tells the app whether today had a headache. Mark the day's factors, and turn on period start dates if you want them in the picture.
- 03
Bring it to your appointment
Create the PDF and hand it over, or send it ahead. The app also shows how many days you took acute medication in the last 30, a number worth discussing with your doctor.
Private by design
Your diary stays on your phone.
- No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Nothing to log in to.
- Attacks, symptoms, medications, notes and period dates are stored on the device and never uploaded.
- Usage analytics stay off unless you turn them on, and they never contain anything from your diary.
- Logging, the daily check-in, day factors and the medication-day counter are free. Premium adds your full history beyond 60 days, the PDF doctor report and CSV export.
